Hiya readers! Hopefully you'll be feeling marvelous. As it's may and it used to raise awareness about mental health. It's purpose is to make those people aware who are mentally ill and living with severe mental disturbance, how can they cope up with these severe mental disturbances. Illnesses include depression, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, OCDs and shizophrenia. Actually we don't consider mental health is actually a part of health as people looks physically fit. But do consider your mental health and go for therapies, medication. "Loneliness" is theme of 2022 mental health awareness month, cz ppl with loneliness experience more mental disturbance than anybody else. So, help ppl to fight and don't make ppl alone.
