Helping others is a kind gesture

Hi everyone! I hope your day was well, and you are doing great in your life to achieve your goals. Always be in search to learn something new every day, because life is short, but learning has no end. It is the process which continues till our last breathe, and anyone can learn at any stage of their life, because it has not any restrictions.

Anyway, I am planning to do some extra cleaning of my house, as the Eid festival is approaching soon. We are fasting in this Holy month of Ramadan, and Eid would be our reward after the whole month of Ramadan. It was the 16th of the Ramdan, but in some parts of the world, it was 17th. In short, the month is passing soon, and I pray to Almighty that he accept our prayers during this holy month.

Everyone would wear new clothes on the Eid festival, and would meet and greet with their loved ones. I have already completed my shopping, as one dress I bought before Ramadan, and the one I bought few days ago. The white and black is for the first day of Eid, and the other one which I shared few days ago, would be for second day. I pray we pass through the month with peace and prosperity.

The greatest good is what we do for others.

Such happy occasions and festivals are for everyone, so we shouldn't forget our needy brother and sisters, who can't afford to buy new clothes, or to enjoy their desired food. So we should help them with money, so they can also enjoy and have fun with others. Islam is the religion, which has put this responsibility on every Muslim to give specific money to the poor and needy people, which is called Fitrana and Zakat. It is the good way to share our happiness with others.

But there are some people who never care for others, and avoid to spend a single penny to please others. If we are given something in this mortal world, it's the great favor of Almighty towards us, in which others also have a share. So instead of considering our wealth our own property, we should also distribute some in our needy brothers and sisters.

In this way, our wealth would not decrease, instead should be added more in hidden ways, by Almighty. He (SWT) promises to increase it by 10 percent, not only in this world, but also hereafter. So what we could more wish for? There are several ways to help the poor and needy people, some even feel shy to get any help from others, so it's better to help them in hidden way, to avoid them to feel embarrassed.

But sadly in today's world, people help others to get the social admiration, and in this process even they never care for other's emotions. Pictures are clicked before handing the bag of food to the underprivileged, which also hurt their self-esteem. This is the reason, so many prefer to stay hungry, instead of getting help from those self centred people. I hope people can learn to help others in pure and virtuous way.
