Self-love does not come from external sources but it comes from ourselves.

Sometimes, life does not go according to plan. Things happened People left. Circumstances are changing. And you feel like curling up in bed all day crying. But there are ways you can forgive yourself.

Self-discovery will not only help you explore who you are but will make it possible for you to practice forgiving yourself, thinking, and more!

  • Forgive your former self and get to the present: Do not let regret of your past mistakes from the beginning. The past is completely without you and in your present moment, it only has in your head. Be strong and treat your eyes to the steps you are taking now, creating the life you want.

  • Appreciate yourself and your time: Instead of focusing on yourself, tell yourself about your good qualities every day. Self-love also means paying attention to how you treat yourself on a daily basis. Actively replaces the negative with positive validations. Negative thoughts about yourself quickly become the strongest of all in your head and only lower your self-confidence.

Self-love means putting yourself first and showing up for yourself. If you love yourself, you are not sacrificing your well-being for others.
