Patience
A lot of patience is required to lead a healthy life. A high level of patience is required to follow the different guidelines that are supposed to suffice one’s health and well-being. With the best intentions in place, it does not always abide by the rules and steps given to you, but goes by self-determined objectives and desires.
The best way to engage in a healthy lifestyle is to be patient and follow the rules every step of the way. It is important to know what you are up against before you can put yourself up against it. It is important to know what will make you achieve some form of results before putting yourself under pressure and expectations. Most importantly, it is important to have faith in the decisions you have made over time and stick with them through thick and thin; until you see results.
The level of patience is directly proportional to the strength of a patient. It cannot be, neither can he be, directly proportional to all other attributes. There are many patients, who do not have patience. But it will never become infectious though such patient may have many other bad qualities. On the other hand there are patient who have good quality of being patient also, who do not have many of the other qualities that are being required.
For example we may be able to find a person who is having enough of patience, who may not be very intelligent, who cannot read or write properly, or cannot be organized or disciplined, who cannot be creative, or doesn't possess any specific leadership qualities but he is able to keep his cool in anyway possible situation and that is why he is patient. The level of patience has nothing to do with any of his above mentioned qualities.
the patient has the advantage in health ... In the sphere of psychotherapy, for example, it is most often said that the patient will in the end be the winner if you can behaves according to this very simple rule: you must always be able to say "yes" to a new interpretation. If the psychoanalyst, it is argued, comes several times with a new interpretation, which is not always totally new, but is based on something that was said by the patient earlier, you will be successful, you will then be more successful than many insecure doctors who are afraid to experiment.
The same applies in other areas of life. If you think I can say "yes", instead of "no" to a given interpretation, then I have accepted it. This principle applies to all kinds of interpretations: to my self-image as an adult, my social role in society and so on.
I don't have a lot of patience maybe I'm not healthy the past few weeks or months. That's the main reason why I hate the changes of my hormones.
