"Health is wealth" everyone knows that. And it is one of the most important things in life for being a happy man. For this reason we all need to keep our body fit as much as we can. We can keep our body fit by taking/doing physical exercise regularly. And morning is the perfect time for taking exercise. Doing physical exercise regularly makes our muscle strong and to boost our endurance. It helps us to maintain a perfect body weight which is a requirement for keep our body fit. It makes our immunity strong for fight any kind of diseases like
Chronic Disease. It also helps us aloof from depression or come back from depression. Aorning work is another physical exercise which is very easy and we can do every morning.
if we do not take regular exercise
it will be hard to maintain our body fit. we may become sick. a sick man cannot complete the activities. Akl of their activities becomes stopped . in a word they lead an unhappy life.
