We all know very well that food are those thing which we eat to remove our hunger. Food also provide us energy to do our daily work. And the topic of mine in this article is food preservative. So let's start.
A preservative is a substance or a chemical that is added to products to prevent decomposition by microbial growth or by undesirable chemical changes. We use preservatives to keep our food fresh and good.
Basically there are two types of food preservatives. They are ( i ) Natural food preservatives ( ii ) Artificial or Chemical food preservatives.
Some natural food preservatives are salt, sugar, alcohol ect.
some artificial or chemical food preservatives are benjoyet,nitrite, nitrate sulphur dioxide, sulfide, citric acid ect.
