BMI & strategy for balancing BMI.

Hello guyz , What's up? It's me @Intishar once again . How are you all ? I am returning in read.cash by this article after several month.Hope i will get response from all of you. So it's time to start.

In recent time people are very consern about their body weight specially the young generation. From last decade statistics shows us that young people geting health conscious day by day.

There is some reason behind this. At past times people thought that fat persons are the healthy persons. But according to science contaning extra fat is a disease. By using a mathematical law we can calculate about our body weight condition which is called body mass index or BMI

Process of calculate BMI

BMI = Body Weight [in kg] / (Body Height )^2 [ in meter]

After calculate BMI we need to find our category from this picture given below.

Action taking

After finding category we have to take some action. If BMI is less than 17 we need to take more nutrients as well as food to increase our body weight. And in the case of 17- 24.99 its standard body weight and we don't need to worry about it. If BMI is 25-29.99 we have to decrease our weight or burn our calories a little bit to come back in standard body weight. But if your BMI is 30 or more than it became a disease for you.You need to be careful i that case. Work hard to burn calories as much as you can. Start to take diet food .It may can help you. And if you are unable to lose your weight then take consultant from a doctor and don't be hesitate for it.

What young generation think about it?

As i said earlier now young generation are more concern about it. They try to keep their fitness in any cost. Generally they become frustrated in case their BMI occur between 25-29.9 range . Some people stop taking food almost. But i think it is a foolish steps. Because there is high possible to be sick if we don't take enough food or nutrients. Our body immunity can be weak because of this step. Remain hungry in not a solution of this. You can reduce your food specially fat containing food to lose your weight.

What is the solution?

You are not going to lose your weight overnight. You have to be patience for this. Reduce fat containing food and fast food. Take regular exercise . If you are interested to go gym than you can go there also. But gym is not a requirement for losing weight you can do it in home also. Try to work hard . Day by day little by little you will lose your weight and you can be fit within few weeks or months depending on exercise.

What i would do if it happen in my case?

I am a lazy person. But if it happen with me at first i stop thinking more about it. I won't be panic. Besides i am not so interested to physical exercise and gym. I think there are many people like me๐Ÿ˜‚. I will take my regular normal food if possible i will try to reduce a little bit๐Ÿ˜. I will set a target to lose half kilogramme weight per month. And i think its very easy to lose half kilogramme in one month if we start for a daily walk. Think that in every month you lose half kilogramme and one month your BMI will enter in Best position. And it helps you to keep fit your body for long time.And you don't need to do any hard work and you can take your normal food also .If you are agree than you can follow my way. Isn't it a good and easy way for balancing BMI?
