Hi read.cash friends, God bless us with a lot of blessings, our health is one of them. Today we talk about a blessing which sometimes we ignore. I am talking about teeth, yes they are such a great blessing of ALLAH Almighty and we can't enjoy any food without teeth.
Enamel is a thin strong covering around the tooth. This enamel is the tissue in the human body which is very strong and hard. Enamel covers all the inner structures of teeth by providing a thin but strong covering. It is the most rigid substance in the human body and contains a large amount of minerals. These minerals are very essential for the enamel to give it a strength to protect the teeth against cavities and also help teeth to look shiny and whiter.
The appearance of your enamel may vary as it is semi-translucent. Everything is normal from light yellow to gray white. While this is an important part of your dental health, enamel is just one of the few factors for your dental discoloration.
The enamel protects the inner, more delicate parts of your teeth, called the dentine and pulp. Enamel is an important and strong defense against tooth decay. If your enamel is damaged, you can cause cavities, temperature sensitivity, and even dental infections.
Oral unhealthy conditions plaque contains millions of bacteria that attack the tooth enamel. Repeated attacks will eventually end and weaken the enamel. That's why you need to brush and floss at least twice a day. Otherwise, you will give enough time to eat the bad bacteria in your mouth to eat the tooth enamel.
Anything with sugar is a threat to your teeth and gums because bacteria also like to eat them. Connect it with poor dental hygiene, and your enamel won't take long to finish. Citric acid also eliminates enamel which is present in our daily fruits like berries, oranges, etc., so after eating these fruits, always clean your mouth with simple water.
How to Save Enamel
Don't Eat Acidic foods
The acids present in foods and beverages such as sour candy, soda, sports drinks and fruit juices can destroy your enamel over time. It is called 'tooth decay'.
Brush twice a day.
One of the simplest ways to protect your enamel is a good mouth care routine. Brush your teeth with a soft-brush toothbrush, brush gently for at least two minutes twice a day.
Add more calcium to your diet
Calcium is important for strong, healthy teeth because it helps to purify the enamel again with minerals. Add a healthy intake of milk products, leafy vegetables and nuts to your diet.
Thanks!!
