Hi beautiful people, what's up. I hope you all will be fine, and enjoying reading and writing. Today we talk about a crucial meal, yes, as we all know that our body needs energy to work, and without energy we can't do anything.
Breakfast is called ‘the most important meal of the day because breakfast breaks the overnight fasting period, and replenishes supply of glucose to boost your energy levels and activeness. I see that often people skip the most important meal of the day which is totally wrong because skipping breakfast leads to many health disasters like;
First of all, weight gain is a big outcome of breakfast skipping. Often people skip meals including breakfast to reduce body weight, but on the other hand, this enhances the body weight 2 times more because, when you skip breakfast, it slows down your metabolism, and slow metabolism slowly burns your body calories or burns it in a very short amount.
It means a lot of calories start to save in your body in the form of fat, and ultimately leads to weight gain. And always remember that overweight people have more chances of developing cancerous cells. That's why a healthy breakfast is the kickstarter of your day so, don't skip it.
Secondly, skipping breakfast is also very bad for heart health, because people who skip breakfast have developed the condition of hypertension which leads to clogging of arteries, clogged arteries resulting in strokes and other cardiovascular problems.
Mostly headache is caused by skipping breakfast, because when you skip breakfast your blood sugar level becomes low and energy of your body becomes too low so, in that conditions some hormones produced in the body to compensate the low blood sugar levels and at the same time these hormones triggers your blood pressure that cause headaches.
That's always try to energize your body with healthy things to normalize the blood sugar levels. At the same time low body energy can also affect your cognitive skills badly. If you want that your brain works well, and your children perform extraordinary performance in the school then develop the habit of healthy breakfast.
When you skip healthy protein breakfast, then there is also great risk of hair fall because, keratin is present in protein like eggs, yogurt and cereals, which is very good for your hair follicles; if you want to get shiny and strong hair with no hair fall then you should eat protein rich breakfast on daily basis.
When you do not eat your breakfast, it means you want to keep your body away from essential nutrients because morning breakfast is the best meal in which your body absorbs more and more healthy nutrients. Always try to take some fiber like apple and berries as well with protein in breakfast to give your body extra nutrition.
Skipping breakfast also weakens your immune system because your body always needs a proper amount of energy to fight with infectious cells, but when your body has no energy to fight with infection then you become more vulnerable to get infections.
Premature aging is also a big cause of breakfast skipping, as we all know that slowly as we age the level of collagen in our skin lowers down which leads to fine lines on our skin; so, when you skip the healthy meal of the day, then the collagen reduction becomes higher 2 times, and we are affected with premature aging.
