Of course, this isn’t to say that all procrastination is bad. In some cases, it can actually be helpful. For example, if you’re feeling overwhelmed by a project, it can be helpful to leave it for sometime and come back to it later. This should be very brief.

There are many ways people usually procrastinate on a project. One way is to put off starting the project by doing other things that seem more pressing or interesting. Another way is to start the project but then get sidetracked by other tasks or distractions. And a third way is to avoid finishing the project by finding ways to extend the deadline or putting off completing the final steps.

However on the long run, no matter how you procrastinate, it can have negative consequences on your work.

Procrastination can lead to missed deadlines, lower quality work, and extra stress. So if you find yourself Procrastinating on a project, it's important to take steps to get back on track.

There are few things you can actually do to avoid procrastination. One is to set a realistic deadline for yourself and then break the project down into manageable tasks.

Procrastination can be avoided totally.

We all know the feeling of wanting to do something, but then putting it off because it seems too difficult or time-consuming. But what if we told you that there are ways to avoid procrastination altogether?

Here are some tips on how to avoid procrastination:

1. Set realistic goals for yourself. When you set up goals that are unrealistic, it sure becomes very easy to get discouraged and quit. But when you set up realistic goals, you're more likely to stick with it and see results effectively.

2. Make a plan. Once you have an idea of what you want to accomplish, it's now time to draw up a plan. Having a plan assists you in staying focused and right on track.

3. Finally, try to create a positive and supportive environment for yourself, both physically and emotionally. This means surrounding yourself with positive people and things that make you feel good. It also means taking care of yourself and giving yourself the attention you deserve.

Procrastination shouldn't be in your diary for any reason. It limits you and your essence as a human. Everyone is actually unique & great in their own right. Procrastination is that thing that will stand in your way to uniqueness. You have to trash and trash it totally now.

Procrastination is really overrated in our society today and that is because easily sink into procrastination as an easy way out not to do anything at all.

You can use my very effective method which I employ when procrastination kicks in and that is "MIND OVER MATTER"

When it kicks in, I quickly say MIND OVER MATTER out loud and let my the power of my mind outweigh the power of my body.

The desire in my mind is strong. The desire to do better and bigger and so my body has ni other option than to comply.

This isn't a textbook tip, I've actually use it several times and it actually works. You can try it too and it might work for you too.

Thanks for reading y'all.

I'll see you on the next one.

Very correct.. it limits our creative process. I think if parents educate their children from a very little age about the dangers of procrastination, then they will be careful not to be a victim of procrastination when they grow up. Thanks for your comment Bisolammy.
