Pegaxy - Is it worth it?
On weekends I have changed my routine a bit, to the point of not writing at night, on the contrary, I do it the next day in the morning, like now. It's just that I get to the weekend so tired that it's barely 10 pm and I'm already almost asleep and I don't feel like writing at that time.
Writing an article is not easy at all. You require a specific idea and, as you will understand, having one on a daily basis is not easy. If you are one of those who write daily, you will agree with me in this regard. But luckily I still open Word and I just write what comes to mind, when things are not right, I just write. It may not turn out the way I anticipated or planned, but I keep doing it. Writing a daily article is my biggest goal since I entered read.cash. Even if I break the rule of one article every exact 24 hours, it doesn't matter, because it's still there. Better late than never.
I was recently looking at Pegaxy's earnings because they made some adjustments to the Prize pool for each race based on the type of Pegaxy you have. Now all races are with Pegaxys of the same rarity.
I have 3 Pegaxys from the guild Chad's P3 Racing:
100 Stacks – Pacer – 26% win rate – 3/1/3 averaged over 24 races. 50% shared profit
Elesana – Rare – 19% win rate – 1/1/2 averaged over 24 races. 25% shared profit
ACER – Legendary – 40% win rate – 5/4/3 averaged over 24 races. 6% shared profit
When the rarity is Pacer, the prize pool is only 70 VIS, real rubbish. That's why nobody wants to have a Pacer, they simply don't work, because it's a waste of time. If we analyze my Pegaxy, even with a 50% shared profit, it would earn only 0.46 cents on the day, if we take into account that the price of VIS does not continue to decrease.
Now we go to the other extreme, ACER. With a high win rate, he makes approximately 6,900 VIS per day since the Prize pool is high, 1,550 VIS. But my shared profit is only 6%. This means that on a good ACER day it generates a little more than $2 USDT for me in particular.
I have mixed feelings. It's like running and spending hours and hours in front of the pc for nothing. Polygon is a network that generates more problems and instability than it brings. In addition to the saturation of the Pegaxy servers and the continuous errors, they make a 2 hour task turn into 5 or 6 hours to drain all the energy from the Pegaxys.
I am super grateful for the opportunity and without a doubt I will continue draining the energy of the Pegaxys for a long time to come, because in spite of everything I am grateful. Especially with @PVMihalache, who was the first to give me a Pegaxy. I would even run Elesana for free as a token of my gratitude towards him.
We all expect the price of VIS to go up. I have not touched my last claim (almost $45 USDT right now, in 1 month of racing), there it is, waiting for the price to increase one day and to be able to get it all quickly, without having to wait 14 days to do so. So I prefer to keep it that way.
Let me know in the comments: Is it worth it?
That daily writing goal is something that I have not even bothered to make cos I know I'd break it before it even kicks off.
