#Heart_worms!

This is one of the most interesting cases. The name of this parasite in the heart is Dilofilaria immitis.

These worms reach the heart of mammals step by step through mosquito bites.

Although there are many species, there are only three species - D. immitis, D. repens and D. tenuis. This causes infection. It is not less in length! It is like 14 inches.

The filaria larvae of D. immitis nest in the right ventricle of the heart and in the pulmonary arteries through the skin of uninfected mosquito bites. This causes blockage of blood flow and heart failure. At the same time, they can also damage the liver and kidneys.
