Coloring and Bleaching: The chemicals that are made in the scalp are very harmful for the hair. This makes the hair very dry and brittle. At the same time the hair goes up. Before coloring, many people bleach their hair again, which is more harmful. Those who use hair color should use shampoo and conditioner made for colored hair. Henna can also be used to dye hair in a natural way.

Quick hair combing: Many people think that quick hair combing improves blood circulation in the head. But this is a completely wrong idea. On the contrary, it produces static electricity which weakens the hair. So try to comb your hair from time to time even if you are in a hurry.

Less Expensive Hair Accessories: Many of us love to experiment with different hair clips and hair bands on our heads. But it is better not to use hair accessories made with bad materials. Because it is harmful to the hair scalp. Also the hair gets tangled easily. Look at the quality all the time but buy things to wear on the head.

Keeping the hair tied for a long time: Keeping the hair tied for a long time causes damage to the hair follicles. Do not pull the hair for too long.

Combing wet hair: Remember that wet hair roots are very soft. So if you comb your hair in this condition, a lot more hair will grow. So dry your hair first and then comb it.

Repeated use of hair dryer: Occasionally you can dry your hair with the help of a hair dryer. But do not make it a regular habit. This will result in so much damage to the hair that it cannot be fixed.

Unhealthy foods: Excessive alcohol consumption or excess caffeine can cause hair loss. Try to eat a healthy balanced diet. Make sure the diet is high in protein. If the body is deficient in nutrients then excess hair will grow. If possible, get the body detoxed from time to time.
