Are you afraid of success? Changes, maybe? Of course, you are scared!

Fear of change is present in all of us because change is associated with potential danger. Any new action can be fatal because the future is unpredictable. That’s why we like to be in place, not move, not make any changes.

In fact, we do not like but are afraid of movement.

We are afraid of the unknown and every new step brings an unknown result. The situation we are in is familiar to us and we feel safe there, so no man in the world wants to change that situation for a new one that can be anything. We can make mistakes, ruin lives, and even die if we make any change.

This is called the * Comfort Zone *.

A circle of familiar situations that we repeat over and over again because we’ve been there before and we know it’s safe.

While on the other hand the * Comfort Zone * can be presented as a feeling of comfort in the current situation. I mean, when we’re doing something we’d rather do it forever because the next step can be fatal.

We linger at the moment for fear of the unpredictability of the next moment.

If we are sitting at the computer, we do not want to get up even to go to the toilet or drink water because on the way there we can break our leg or even get up from the chair. And we stay there as long as we have time or until we are forced to do something. Only when our mouth is dry or our bladder swells do we leave for a moment.

This is called procrastination and it's bad but it can be good. Mostly, it's bad and really - really bad.

It's a short introduction to my Comfort Zone writing experiments and if you like it you can like it, follow me, and leave some tips to motivate me 😇

Thanks for your priceless attention and have a good life!

This is awesome. Maybe, you can write another article about how to get out of that comfort zone without having fear. That would be great, too.

You are right. If you want to succeed, don't be afraid the go out of your comfort zone.

And it is also true that procrastination hinders success. Old saying says, "do not do things tomorrow if you can do it today" is the solution to solve the bad habit of procrastination.

Your article is good about comfort zone and hoping that you will be giving more insights about it to all the readers
