We all have been using metamask wallet since launch of smart BCH and no complaints or regret using it till now anyways it is also popular and mostly used all over world but isn't it's boring using same wallet everytime.

Wait you might say me an idiot because metamask is same and everyone prefer using it and a person will think ten times before moving to other wallet and I'm not saying anyone to move anywhere but after 5months as we all know Smart BCH word is spreading around the world and finally after a long time a new wallet support Smart BCH

I heard about math wallet now supporting smart BCH last day i completely ignored it until i thought let's give it a try after doing some research it was worth trying that wallet using Smart BCH chain.

So in today's topic I'm going to share my experience first time using math wallet on Smart BCH.

Setting up Smart BCH on math wallet

Setting up Smart BCH on math wallet the first thing every person tried after knowing math wallet now support it but to be honest it's not as easy i thought. Setting metamask is no big science we can add manually or by marketcap.cash it's not too complicated like math wallet

First time setting Smart BCH on math wallet literally took me an hour to find smart BCH so if you're looking to set up their than this info will obv help you sort out things easily.

No Smart BCH wallet option in math wallet

I don't know if it's their double standard policy like as always or might take some time to appear smart BCH in math wallet

I installed wallet and opened it than i got this interface where chain like polkadot,BSC, Ethereum and other Smart chain wallet option exists except smart BCH

It was too confusing i spent like an hour tried installing over and over again went to their website there's clearly showing that wallet support Smart BCH but where to set it up coz not appearing anywhere.

Instead of Smart BCH i created Ethereum wallet

When there was no option left only thing in my mind was to let's create Ethereum wallet and will explore wallet later

After creating a demo wallet on Ethereum thought maybe it will appear now but i was wrong

One last hope was that "+" sign

When i found Smart BCH only thing in my mind was to solve this issue as soon as possible like for real math wallet doesn't enabled Smart BCH that's why it was not appearing in start.

Request to everyone we all should do tweets and tag mathwallet to appear smart BCH with rest of chains otherwise how peoples will know about Smart BCH when it's not shown with rest of chains in begining.

Interesting features of math wallet

After setting up Smart BCH it was completely different from meta mask

A completely new interface than meta mask and I'll give them 9/10 for this UI personally but it is not as user friendly like meta.

Dapp of math wallet

I went to Dapp and to be honest one of best thing I've ever seen there

Seeing this thing for first time leaving metamask i was shocked because everything is in detailed from dapp browser to every dex on Smart BCH to bridge, smart scan and BCH101 as well.

Still a lot of correction required to be done by wallet specially only one bridge is available on math wallet.

We can send our BCH from one wallet to another,from recipient we can get our Smart BCH address and swap or cross chain isn't available on Smart BCH yet.

I sent BCH from metamask to math wallet

When i tried everything it was time to experiment depositing some BCH in math wallet so i sent 0.005bch from metamask to mathwallet

After waiting for an hour i see no amount in my math wallet so i went to scan and transaction was already successful but i didn't got any BCH in math wallet

So sending BCH from meta mask to math wallet is useless never try this otherwise you'll loss your amount there's only way to have BCH in math wallet using prompt.cash bridge no hop.cash supporting i tried but not helped me so easy and possible way is to bridge your BCH using prompt.cash.

Is it worth using math wallet instead of metamask? My personal opinion

Gonna spit some facts first of all math wallet isn't as friendly as meta mask also math wallet announced they now support Smart BCH and it's true but playing dirty game not appearing Smart BCH with rest of chains so this wallet isn't giving any benefit to Smart BCH.

Also tracking portfolio will be hard to do in math wallet.

Unlike meta mask we only need there to add contract address of project and it will appear exact amount but in math wallet after adding contract address it won't fill rest of things by itself

So it's upto us to add token name,symbol, precision and still not guarantee if it appear correct amount (coz not tried yet).

I tried adding AXIEBCH and Flexusd by myself but not sure if it will appear amount exactly though in meta mask we don't need to add anything else except Contract address and it appear exact amount.

Also in assets we can add custom assets which mean adding sep20 project like we do in meta mask and collectibles mean adding NFTs.

Conclusions: metamask is still better than math wallet

Not gonna lie but fact is a fact I won't use math wallet until they add Smart BCH with rest of chains coz it's not easy to set up Smart BCH first create a wallet for another chain than enable Smart BCH by own self for real no it doesn't make any sense

It's still achievement for Smart BCH and now next station is trust wallet but still as long as meta mask is user friendly I'm sticking with it.

Anyways it's upto you now if you want to move from meta to math i told everything how it works and enable Smart BCH let me know your thoughts and must tag them on twitter asking to add Smart BCH directly with rest of chains.
