I am now in the pursuit of doing food photography but I don't want to do photographs with foods that are in trend I am more on promoting foods that will surely wake up our cravings and also help our body to be strong and healthy. We are what we eat, and food also makes us reunited with the people we love. We have a better appetite if we are eating with someone that we love or we are comfortable with.

People like me who love vegetables will surely like this Filipino cuisine called "Ginisang Ampalaya". I hated bitter gourd before because it does not taste good, but when I get older it became my favorite. It brings back so many childhood memories where my mom and I need to have a real battle just to make me eat this nutritious food.

The health benefits of these vegetables include reducing blood sugar, which helps you is not at risk of diabetes and other related health problems. It may taste bitter but the benefits it gives to your health is way more better than what junk foods can give you.

I love partnering it with fried fish, as we all know fish is a good source of protein and protein is the building block of cells. The perfect combination of breakfast indeed. It is so fun to have a healthy breakfast and a healthy conversation with a family at dining table, like starting your day with positivity.

We all have a long day to start, we work more than 8 to 12 hours per day and being expose to many and different kind of stressors so it is logical and reasonable for us to start our day with healthy foods. We should take a close look with our healthy because it will always fire back to us if we are irresponsible. We should drink water to keep hydrated, we should eat healthy foods for us to not get sick, and we also need to have a good relationship with people around us.

Its not how luxurious or expensive your food is, but its about how much vitamins and minerals you can get from it. Health is not expensive if you take a good care of your body everyday. Give yourself enough time to sleep and sufficient water to keep you hydrated. Please, as much as you take care of your physical body do a favor for your mental health as well. Manage your emotions, take a good care of your wellbeing. At the end of the day we cant always blame our environment because we have autonomy with our self, be responsible and love your self always..
