I had gone to the doctor since early in the morning for a medical checkup, X-Ray, blood test, and other procedures. I admit that I was very concerned, but after the test, I felt relieved that nothing was wrong other than my hypertension, which was still quite high but not critical. The doctor prescribed my daily pill for hypertension or blood pressure and advised me to rest and find ways to manage my stress. When I got home, I felt pretty relaxed after seeing this lovely Pink Rain Lily on my balcony. How's your day?
