Ingredients: 1. A medium size fish

2. Chili paste

3. Gourd leaves / sweet pumpkin leaves / kachura leaves, any one of them should be taken.

4. Salt

5. Onion

6.Pure mustard oil

Preparation method: When the rice is cooked, when half of the rice is half done, add chilli paste, salt and turmeric to the taki fish.

Then cover the fish well with laurel leaves and put it inside the rice. However, care should be taken so that no direction is left blank (should be tied with cut yarn).

Then rice cannot be eaten. Then when the rice is done, remove the leaves from the body of the fish and keep the fish thorns alive. Then add salt, mustard oil and onion paste. Then serve nicely with fish mash
