Just as food is important to the body, the same way growth is important in every humans life and it's even ironic because without food, growth cannot be possible, the food can either be in terms of what we eat or what we feed ourselves with. When you see a child who does not eat well, that child will likely to have malnutrition and the same thing goes for every humans, when we don't feed well on the basic things we need to feed on, we tend to appear malnourished in different aspects of life.

What are the things we need have in other to grow?

Knowledge: There's this popular saying that "Ignorance kills", this doesn't necessarily means that you die when you are ignorant of certain things, it's just to back up the saying that "you begin to die the day you stop learning" which can also mean that when you stop growing, you start dieing. Imagine a child who did not eat anything for ten days, now tell me won't the child starts dieing? Reasons why we must invest in getting knowledge and in other words, we stop growing when we stop learning and we start dieing whenever we stop growing.📌 We can as well refer to getting knowledge as MENTAL GROWTH.

Good Food: We grow physically when we eat so eating good food is what we need for our PHYSICAL GROWTH. Food is a major aspect of growth because without food, we cannot survive and we also need good food in other to aid the other aspects of growth. For example, we need enough vitamin B, D & E in our body in order to aid our mental growth. Eating the right proportion of food at the right time helps us stay fit for our daily activities and it also fights against sicknesses and diseases which can stop us from functioning properly in our daily activities and in other aspects of growth.

Relationship with God: This simply means SPIRITUAL GROWTH. In our quest for growth, we must not do without growing spiritually cause spiritual growth helps make the other aspects of growth easy. When we get closer to God in place of praying, studying the word of God, fasting, etcetera... in whatever religion we find ourselves, every other thing we do in life tend to start looking easy and we would start seeing things in different direction. This is how my God works!

Good money: Being financially independent is also a very important aspect of growth, this is refered to as FINANCIAL GROWTH. We must grow to a point in life where we will become financially capable to handle things that involves money by ourselves, when we depend too much on people for financial help, it only means we are lacking in the aspect of financial growth. I also feel that when we grow mentally, we also tend to grow financially because mental growth is the starting point for financial growth so therefore, I came to a resolution that mental growth works hand in hand with financial growth.

Good people: Having good people around us is also a very important aspect of growth and we can connect this to EMOTIONAL GROWTH. I called it emotional growth because positive people around us helps us grow emotionally while negative people will only worsen our emotional balance. We don't have to force friendships, whenever we see that a particular person isn't helping us growth in anyway, we should quit such type of friendship. Do away with negative associations now!

I hope that with all the aspect of growth listed above, we've been able to realize how important growth is to every humans life, I mean... Putting together all the aspects of growth above which are mental growth, physical growth, spiritual growth, financial growth and emotional growth, we can derive that growing well can't be possible without these five and we can also come to the conclusion that without these five attributes in a person's life, the person can be regarded as being dead!
