Today I am here with a new topics.Do you know about vitamins?

I am here with a little information about vitamins.In this global pandemic situation we should know about vitamin and also it's importance.

Let's start-

what is vitamin?

A vitamin is an natural particle that's an basic micronutrient which an living being needs in small quantities for the right working of its digestion system. Fundamental supplements cannot be synthesized within the living being, either at all or not in adequate amounts, and thus must be gotten through the diet.

Simple definition of vitamins:

-Vitamins are a group of substances that are needed for normal cell function, growth, and development.

-Vitamins are substances that our bodies need to develop and function normally.

-Vitamins are nutrients your body needs to develop and function properly.

Example of vitamins:

Vitamin A,C,D,E,K, vitamin B1(thiamine),vitamin B2(riboflavin),vitamin B3(niacin).

Types of vitamins :

Mainly vitamins are two types.Such as-

(a).Water soluble and

(b).Fat soluble.

In humans there are 13 vitamins.

-Four(4) fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E and K) and

-Nine(9) water-soluble vitamins (8 B vitamins and vitamin C).

How does vitamins helps our body?

Vitamins are considered essential nutrients because acting in concert.

They perform hundreds of roles in the body.

They help shore up bones,heal wounds and boost your immuny system.
