Nowadays whole world going through a global pandemic situation. Everybody is getting less work day by day due to corona virus, covid-19.That's why most of the people are not able to eat nutritious food.Protein is necessary for health and also boost our immunity.But with protein vitamin-C is necessary.
Now I am going to tell something about vitamin-C.
Definition :
Vitamin-C is also known as ascorbi acid and ascorbate.It is a vitamin which is found in several foods and sold as a dietary supplement. For the lack of vitamin-C scurvy disease is happened.Vitamin-C helos to repair tissue and the enzymatic production of certain neurotransmitters.(1)

Severeal types of fruits and vegetables are the main source of vitamin-C. For example, broccoli,cabbage and other leafy greens,sweet & white potatoes, tomatoes and tomato juice,guava,pineapple, mango,papaya,strawberries etc.
I am going to discuss about five fruits which are available in Bangladesh. Such as-
1.Guava:
Guava is a common fruits in our community. In Banglades there is no house which do not have any Guava tree.
Health benefits of guava :
-Keeps brain healthy,
-good for skin,
-Relaxes nervus and muscles,
-Reduces the risk of diabetes,
-prevents cancer.
2.pineapple :
pineapple is a juicy fruits.It's really good for health.It is a bunch of fruit.
Health benefits of pineapples :
-Helps to improve immunity,
-Increase energy,
-Improve digestion,
-control blood pressure,
-Helps in weight loss.
3.Mango:
Mangoes are juicy fruits. Every person love to eat this fruits.Summer is the season of mangoes.Several types of seasoning are made by mangoes.
Health benefits of mangoes :
-Blood cleansers,
-clear skins,
-prevents cancer,
-Boost immunity system,
-Repair poor digestion.
4.Papaya:
Papaya is a soft fruit and also good for health.We canan use green papaya for preparing curry which is good for health.
Health benefits of papaya:
-Helps to maintain kidney well,
-Reduces the risk of diabetes,
-Keep the heart well,
-Boost immunity,
-Helps in digestion.
5.Strawberries :
This fruits are not common in Bangladesh. But nowadays many bengali people trying to cultivate this fruits in their house.
Health benefits of strawberries :
-Blood pressure regulator,
- Improve memory,
-Increasing energy,
-Anti-fatigue,
-Anti-septic.
So,Vitamin-C can boost our immunity system and also they have another function in human body.To keep healthy body everyone should maintain balanced diet.
