Teach others what you know
There are tons of people around you who are eager to learn. This is especially true when they see that you know something that they do not. Knowledge is a powerful thing, and it's even more powerful when it can be shared.

You know things you can teach others? If you have skill, do well by teaching others. You know things about your business that could help others, like what to say when you're upset with a client, do help others and you will be rewarded bountifully more than you gave.
What if you could share your knowledge, your experiences, anything you know or have learned with others?

If you are a computer programmer, and technology is your passion, wouldn't it be great if you could help someone who wanted to learn how to code?
Did you used to play a certain sport and were just really good at it? You could teach others how to play or even how to play well.
Trying to teach someone something is a tricky thing, though. Not only are you trying to teach them what you know, but you're also trying to do it in a way that doesn't put them off or make them feel stupid. Not an easy task at all.
The more you teach, the more you learn.
It's a simple idea. If you want to learn something more, then start teaching the little you know to someone else. The more you teach, the more you learn.
Why? Because as you do, you hit stumbling blocks and are forced to go deep into your knowledge to solve them. It becomes a true learning experience.
How? I remember when I was still tutoring some students, I plan ahead of class. I often teach mathematics, and I've found that the best way to do it is to do some practice before the main class. By practicing , I can take note of all my mistakes, the reasons why I make them and how to avoid them next time. This is what I do, and it has turned into a pretty neat reward loop.
Teaching is a form of giving back. And, if you're out there sharing your wisdom, skills, and experience with others, keep up with the good work.
Teach People in Your Community, Your school, Your community, online and everywhere you find yourself. Chances are you know something that other people want to learn. If so, share it; if not give it a try. You may be surprised at how rewarding teaching can be.
