Meditation
What's up readers, how are you all doing. Happy new month, may this month of MAY grant us blessings. I've been off for about 2 days now, this is because I have been meditating.
The practice of meditation is well known for its benefits in calming the mind, reducing stress, and increasing focus and concentration.

The Bible supports meditation. There are many ways in which the bible made it known that meditation is good for the body and soul.
How often do you find yourself feeling frustrated? It doesn't take much these days to tip the scale from contentment to utter discontent.
As we become busier and busier, our minds get more cluttered with thoughts, some of which are nowhere near reality. We begin to think that things should be different than they are and that we're missing out on something. What we sometimes forget is that this is a totally manufactured response. Our mind creates it.
Meditation helps you to concentrate, It helps you to relax and forget about everyday worries and helps you to get rid of depression.
How do I meditate?
There are many ways to meditate. One can sit still, focus the mind and breath or move the body in a rhythmic fashion, like dance or martial arts.
It is best to start with with simple exercises, such as breathing exercise.
In principle, whether it's worth starting to meditate? I think definitely worth it! After some time of practicing meditation, you will definitely feel its effectiveness and benefits
When we live in the Age of Technology, more and more people turn to social networks to avoid this fast rhythm, to find a way to be focused on the present.
Naturally, everyone has its own way to relax and de-stress. But meditation is one of the most effective methods.

Early mornings are the best part of the day for me to meditate because it's still peaceful.
