People see sugar to be the main cause of diabetes. Well, the answer is no. It's not only sugar that attributes to the causes of diabetes.

Here are some of the main causes of diabetes;

  1. Increasing age

  2. Obesity

  3. Eating late at night

  4. Bad diet.

As we age up, some of the antibodies and white blood cells in the body begin to disappear due to some enzymes which tend to reduce the immune system. As a result of that, the substances in the body which tends to activate the occurrence of diabetes. Since older people need little or no nutrients in the body when a lot of food is taken in, the processes taken to break down the enzymes is reduced by inhibitors and when the glucose is produced, there is an amount that has to be taken in by the aged, if it exceeds the limit, might make the aged stand a risk of getting diabetes.

Bad diet too is the real cause of diabetes. Taking these type of foods can make you stand a risk of getting diabetes. These foods stand a higher risk of making the immune system weak and not capable of fighting diseases and also reduces the enzymes necessary for the breakdown and storage of glucose. This is actually one of the main causes of diabetes.

Eating late at night also causes diabetes. When we eat late at night, the body will not get enough time to regulate and absorb the necessary nutrients and also not enough time to process the food taken in. This tends to bring about the occurrence of diabetes. This is the reason why eating at night is not good for human health.

Obesity are one of the common causes of diabetes. The energy imbalance between calories used and calories expended. The increase intake of energy -dense food high in fats and sugars are the main causes of diabetes. Apart from diabetes you can additionally attain these diaseases such as hypothyroidism, insulin resistance and some kinds of cancers too. And this is very bad.

If you are not sure of yourself on as to whether you have it of not, there are some common symptoms which will let you Know whether you have it or not;

1.Increased thirst.

2.Feeling hungry all the time.

3.tiredness and fatigue.

4.blurry vision.

5.wounds and cuts slowly healing as a result of hymophilacs. A clotting factor.

6.yeast infection and itching.

7. Patches of dark skin in your body due to the in balance in Melanin levels.

Interesting, this is correct your body organ also sleeps so if you eat late at night you can't digest food easily unlike in the morning plus your movement is less and no activities to help you burn it.
