Flower with Benefits
For these past days and months,many are dying because of high blood pressure. Many Filipinos are having high blood pressure,it might be an inheritance and relies on the foods that we take, we love fried foods that we cant eat without it for just one day,same with salty foods like bagoong,tuyo, and etc. We often forget to control our food intake such as; oily foods,meat and salty foods. We love parties,get together's, and etc..,where the foods that are serve is so delicious and tasty that we forgot to control our diet. We want to do some exercise for a healthy lifestyle yet we can't mostly do it because of some matter and also because were to tired and having some lazy bone.
Here in our province,night vigil often happen and the cause of death mostly is high blood pressure. Even the skinny type of person are high blood. Remember it is not about the size of a person that we can guess their blood pressure level,because there are some who are skinny yet high blood and there's this person who are chubby yet low blood. Having a proper checkup for the blood pressure is needed,to know our condition. Many say this type of disease is traitorous.
I have a nurse friend who often check my blood pressure,and my blood is on 90/60 or 100/70...I guess it is normal?but my mom always scold me that it is not normal. But,what can i do? I drink cocoa drink,and sleep early but i guess it is really my blood pressure. Well,for me it is good anyway because i can eat anything without worry.😂..but of course i know it is not good.
But for those who's having a hard time to control their blood pressure, i want to share this beautiful flower that may help you... We have this neighbor who is also having a hard time to do that and someone offer her this flower to try it because it helps her.. and so far it really do help her. Just 3 flowers and a hot water in a cup will do... You can drink it 4 times a week..
This is called butterfly pea or blue ternate. Most of the healthy restaurant mixed this to their drinks and to some of their serve food. So if you have this in your backyard,it will be a good help not just to add some beautification in your environment but also to your health.
To have some exercise too will help,we dont need to jog to the road,because we can do some exercise even in our home. We exercise not to be skinny but we do it to be healthy. Eat more veggies, and less meat, but if you want to eat some meat make sure to add some veggies. Avoid salty foods but if you can't,then drink more water.
