***The rivers of our life***
Let us imagine for a moment how a river is formed and what its trajectory is like.
In some high-altitude mountain, either because of its humid climate, because of rain or because of the melting of snow on its top or crown, small streams begin to flow downhill.
Many or several of these connect with each other and form larger or thicker currents of water as they follow their course.
Now, let's put some families or villages on its shore along the path of this river, and the members of these use the river to supply themselves with water or food, and also to carry out some activities, and the results of these, the water of the river it gets a bit contaminated.
Now while this river continues its course, it gets more towns and inhabitants and therefore its water becomes more and more polluted, and more.
And by the end of its journey, at its mouth in lakes, seas or the ocean, the resulting water is completely contaminated and the people who stock up last are seriously infected with some disease, just superficially mentioning the negative consequences.
But now let's imagine that this river is an ordinary person, who is born pure and innocent of human evil, and as this person grows up he runs into good and bad individuals, but the activities of the bad have more repercussions than those of the good individuals, and this is contaminating the purity and innocence of this person.
Many times this is synonymous with problems for both the person and the beings who live with them. and Again only superficially mentioning the minor of the problems, such as an alcoholic parent, or a drug addict.
That is why it is so important to have a healthy relationship with our young streams, thus keeping their waters clean, and not letting others contaminate them, and these are currents of good and love for others, and if we come across a strange river, let's try to this in the best possible way, perhaps this helps to cleanse it and help it regain its purity
