In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic that never ends, keeping the body in good condition is something that must be done. But to help the body to stay healthy, our mental condition must also be stable. Not a few people try hard to strengthen their immune system by eating nutritious and regular food, and taking various vitamins, even though they end up getting sick because they are too stressed.

Stress is a psychological and physical pressure that reacts when faced with a situation that is considered dangerous or a threat. In other words, stress is the body's way of responding to any kind of demands and pressures in a difficult situation. This is evidenced when humans feel threatened, the nervous system will respond by releasing a rush of adrenaline and cortisol hormones.
