I Thought You Were Good Occasionally, many people give or receive some gifts from someone. It could be in a form of materials, cash or immaterial things. Quality Time is the best gift that we can give to our loved ones. A time with quality that you're not only physically present but mentally present as well. God gave us many gifts which are free. Aside from faith, hope and love, Jesus himself is the greatest gift to the whole mankind. We receive free gifts everyday like water, air, land, light and even life. These gifts can be benefited by all people. We need water and air everyday in order to survive. But in the other side of coin, these gifts would somehow ruin and destroy our lives and would also lead us into death. Every calamity that human encounters, these free gifts become worst or bad in some cases. Do you think that's the way God punishes us for all the lapses and wrongdoings we did to other people and even to the nature? Only God knows. Air
Air is one of the free gifts given to us. We strongly believe that no one has the capacity to make or create air in his own power. In science, air is an invisible mixture of gases, nitrogen and oxygen which is odorless and tasteless gases according to Meriam Dictionary. We really need air to breathe, to survive and to live. Air is a priceless gift given to us by God. In what way it can cause bad to human? In every year numerous storms will land to the Philippines. The storm destroyed lot of things that include buildings, agricultural products and even lives of among the Filipinos. Like Bagyong Yolanda and Odette, because of the strong winds, many lives were ended, many houses were damaged, and many people lost their dreams. But their hope never lost since many people in the government and in different foundations were willing to help in times of calamities. Water
Water is considered as the most important among all our basic needs. According to some people, a man can live with water even without foods. I don't know if we can survive. By definition, water is a clear liquid that has no color, taste and smell. It could be in the form of rains, rivers, lakes, streams and seas or oceans. Water is very important in many aspects of our lives. We drink and take a bath everyday, thus water is necessary. For cooking and washing, we need water. Even plants need some water to survive. In bad effect, too much water makes our lives in danger. Floods are happened due to less trees in the forest. It ruined also people's lives and can be a cause to death.
Light or Fire How important light is in our lives? Without light, it is so dim that we could not work well. It gives us hope and strength like the sun rises after so many rains. Light is the product of burning fire 🔥 that gives us warmth during cold days. Light is a spiritual symbol of hope. In religion, light signifies salvation from darkness of sin. JesusChrist himself is the light of the world. He gives hope to the hopeless and afflicted. He brings joy to the lonely and desperate. There are many instances that fire can damage or harm to some people. Forest will be burned out due to too much heat from the sun during summer days. In the news, lot of houses were eaten by the fire and sometimes causes death. Because of anger that seems like a burning heart, we can ruin one's life through hurting words that can even kill someone. ___________________________ Final thoughts Like the three free gifts; water, air and light, human also is not purely good nor bad. We sometimes do good to other people and sometimes we inflict them consciously or unconsciously. It is our dual nature to be good and to be bad. But we should not come to the point that like water, air, and fire when they got angry 😡 they are the cause of death to many people. Maybe it is because of our pride that turns us into devil. It is the anger, hatred and insecurities that changed our lives into bad one. We should not forget that all the creations of God are good. It is the devil who makes bad things. I agree. We really have the good side and the bad. Sometimes when we are pushed to our limits, that is when our bad side comes out.
That's true. But the bad side we have is not really us. As human we are, we will be tempted by other's actions and thoughts to make us bad one.
Oh I agreed with you. We hurt each conscious and unconscious just to satisfy ourselves. Fire, Air and water are basic things that make human live and once any of this get angry it might destroy the whole world, that’s how God created us.
The basic things that would make our lives complicated due to our negligence and abuse to the nature. By the wrong of few people, many will suffer.

Sometimes we realize those things arent good cause they tend to give us hardtime instead of good. But in my case to those people who committed mistakes is I'll just forgive them if they're sincere to their words.
Forgiveness can be found in a strong person. It doesn't mean when you forgive, you're weak. Asking and giving forgiveness is a sign of being humble in himself.
Well, saidi do agree with you sir it's a kind of humbleness and mellow. Forgiving is not weak unless it is repeated many times then you'll be so called weak.
I think this is where the common saying that goes like this "anything that has advantages must also have disadvantages", steps in. All these gifts to mankind are good but kills the most when they're angry it get provoked

Water, air and fire. Very important factor for survival and just like you said: water and fire are very much useful but can also be dangerous. What I picked from this is that: we should just keep trying our best to be useful to others, we shouldn't try to jeopardize the life of others just because we are held up in a high position.
Being useful to other people is being a blessing to them. No matter what happen, be who we are and not be changed by other's actions which are not good at all.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction and everything has his advantages or disadvantages.....we are mixed with good and bad people
