Brother and friend

Someone asked Sheikh Saadi "Say something about brother and friend"

Sheikh Saadi said: "Brother is gold and friend is diamond."

The man said, " Diamond is expensive and gold is cheap. What are you saying?"

So Sheikh Saadi said: "Brother, gold is because if there is a crack in it due to the circumstances, then the gold can be melted and re-assembled, but if the diamond is broken, it cannot be re-joined."

This is a great example. Brothers and friends are an important part of our lives. Let me give you an example that brother is our back bone and friend is our hand. If our hands are weak we will not be able to defeat anyone, we will not be strong and we will not be of any use. If our back bone is broken, our body becomes disabled and we become helpless. So we will not be able to do anything in life and we will not be able to achieve anything because in order to achieve something our body must be strong.

So this is the example of our brother and friend, if not one of them, we will be very weak and everyone can beat us. We have to take these two with us and live because this is the best part of our lives. I prayed to Allah Almighty to bless us all with a good brother and a good friend. Ameen
