The act of de-stressing

We must see life from positive angle, and never from the negative angle. We should even see tension from a positive angle. Most diseases today are the result of tension. Tension leads to high blood pressure, diabetes and so on. Tension is a difficulty which you have brought upon yourself.

The shock you are facing is actually a blessing in a disguise from God. You should take shocks in a positive sense. Try to understand their plus point. Vut if you see shock in a negative sense you will see it as tension, you will take medicines and will go to destressing schools.

For example if someone is stressed, he will go to a center of destressing because of so much stress. He will stay there for a few days which he will spend involving in different activities. So for these days in the center, his mind will be fine but after that when he come back home and leave the place, then everything will again become the same.

We cannot eliminate the stress sometimes so we have to discover it's positive aspect.

In life we will experience shocks and hardships. I also face shocks and tension, but never take these in negative sense, other wise it will detroy you inside, it will cause to various diseases as I have mentioned above.

So avoide stress and tension or take it positively, discover it's positive aspect.
