Not my picture. Ctto Atleast 59 deaths and 120 casualties as of the moment after a stampede happened at Itaewon South Korea. Lots of people visited Itaewon for a Halloween party and a stampede happened. This news is trending on twitter right now and the cause of stampede is still on investigation.
