Take to your heart thy father's sound advice,
So thy names be written, up the sky.
Give not to old success' room to entice,
If the whole heavens, is thy plan to buy.
Run out swift and quickly from comfort soft;
The beckons to slumber; to butter and ease.
Brace thy heels further, no matter the cost
The broken hedges, the borrowed fees!
If so told, that you fell off this sayings,
Not so! that thou looked to past wins.
For her kiss pushes great men to
Singing,
Whilst the harvest dance is yet to begin!
Still set thy goals, towards the yellow sun,
Though in climbing, thou might miss the sole fun.
Lovely. It is not easy to write a sonnet. I believe that there is some technique of writing one but I am not familiar with it. You submitted this to the wrong community because Share Some thoughts stands for values. I can have this in my other community which is a home for poetry.
I do have strict moderating in each of my community. If you would like too, you can submit it here.
