Bullying someone in public or in front of someone is a offensive crime. You can't bully someone only because of her face is dark or height is short or any physical characteristics.

A person is not responsible for his physical characteristics and this is not matter of fun.

But it's true that in every society there are some people who used to bully only for physical characteristics.

These bad minded people exist in every part of the world and they just do it for fun purpose. Personally I hate bullying and those persons too who bully others.

I've also experienced this kind of situations but I knew how to handle these things very well.

So this is the story of my brother who used to be a victim of bullying everyday in his school days.

Here the advices I've given to him to fight back against those people.

My brother was a teen-ager and you know that it is very hard to bear the pain of being bullied for a teen-ager.

If you are a teen-ager and reading my article you'll get to know to get over these stupid things.

Not only in teenage time , bullying can take place in any time of life. If you are experiencing this in any stage of life, this tips might be helpful for you.

Teenage mind is very impulsive, shaking and emotional. This is the age when a person go through several mental changes.

We all have go through these mental instabilities in our life. So we know the feelings don't we? At that age if a person is bullied for no reason imagine how bad consequences it can bring?

Here are the few things I've taught my little brother to handle the situation more conveniently.

1)First rule of survival is to ignore what you are hearing and watching

Look! You may be short in height or dark in skin tone it's quite natural. Every person in the world is different from each other and that's how the world works.

There are huge diversity of people living in peace and harmony together from the start of the civilization.

Than who are these people to judge others height or skin colour? Who gave these people the power of judgement? Why do they bully others?

Only because they are frustrated with their own life that's why they show their frustration in a demoralising way. Now you know why do they judge others. It's better not to engage with them just ignore can work as a tonic.

They try one day two day or at least one month after seeing your reluctancy they will let you go.

My brother applied in his real life and do you know the best part? They didn't bully my brother not a single time later.

2) Do not let your emotions come out e.g. Do not cry in front them

I know this is very insulting but do not let your emotions come out.
You need to be stronger from inside so that any signs emotional instability doesn't reveal.

If you had to face those people than try your best to avoid eye contact. Don't get hurt by their talks because they will do it to hurt you.

So you know their intention, act accordingly. They will try their everything to make you feel bad. Don't take any decision emotionally.

3) Never reveal your internal weaknesses to anybody.

As long as you can keep your secrets only to your own self you are safe. Those douches will always try to discover your internal weaknesses.

If you don't let them find your weaknesses as long, they will think that you are strong from the inside and will let you go.

Sometimes this is also seen that ,you've shared your personal stories with somebody and he leaked to everyone else in the class. Before sharing and trusting other person observe him closely.

If you think he is trustworthy than you can share. But I've told my brother whoever it is, never ever share your weaknesses to anyone. Because a person can change in a second.

4)Always wearing a killing smile like Heath ledger

They are bullying you again, again and again. Instead giving them reply or overreacting or showing your emotions you are giving them a sweet smile.

Imagine that moment how much effective that killing smile can be? I can assure you this smile will make them feel nothing but some stupid folks. After that they will not waste a single moment behind you.

5) Making new friends and keeping them close

If you stay lonely those people will take this chance. My brother is a person of introvert personality.

As you know these peoples love to stay in their own world.
Try to make new friends and stay with them all day. If you can build a strong friend circle you and your friends can easily fight back bullying boldly.

These are the tips I've shared with my brother and he is getting the good results implementing in his life.

Now he is brave and rigid one to fight back the odd consequences of life. So, never break down listening the stupid talks.

Bullying is a very common, complex and potentially damaging form of violence among children and adolescents. Bullying is defined as unwanted, aggressive behavior, which involves a real or perceived social power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time (therefore, the definition excludes occasional or minor incidents). These actions are purposeful and intended to hurt or make the victim uncomfortable.[1]

Bullying may manifest itself in many forms. It can be physical, verbal, relational, or cyber; it can be subtle and elusive. The most common form of bullying both for boys and girls is verbal bullying such as name-calling. Although bullying is more common in schools, it can occur anywhere. It often occurs in unstructured areas such as playgrounds, cafeterias, hallways, and buses. In recent years, cyber-bullying has received increased attention, as electronic devices have become more common. Bullying through electronic means, although prevalent, ranks third after verbal bullying and physical bullying. In general, bullying is a common type of social experience that children refer to as “getting picked on.”

Regardless of the type or form of violence, it is clear that violence in any form leaves direct repercussions and affects the quality of health.

Most importantly it affects our mental health. Sometimes it hits so bad that leaves permanent mark and some of us become traumatized of that particular event of life. I totally agree with you.
