It prevents health problems. Having a regular sleep pattern lessen the risk of heart disease and obesity. Besides, it reduces anxiety and depression that causes headaches, chronic body aches, diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension), depression, and many more. Furthermore, it controls and maintains your weight. It is not literally mean that you can lose weight when you sleep but it helps you reduce your cravings.
Lastly, it makes you more active and happy. Lacking sleep can give you irritation and annoyance for simple reasons. In short, you need to get enough sleep to have positive vibes and a better mood.
Always make sure to have at least 7 hours of sleep per night if you are an adult that ages 18-60 years old. This will give you a long and healthy life. ππππ
