First, let me define what the weather is.
👉Weather is the state of the atmosphere. It refers to day-to-day temperature. On the other hand, climate is the term for the averaging of atmospheric conditions in a longer period.
Weather can change everyone's mood because of its different temperatures. Besides, it makes us feel cheerful, emotional, or joyful.
Sunny upbeat our mood and makes us happy because the sun is shining so bright. This weather also allows us to do outside activities that make us more cheerful. Besides, more exposure to the sun in the morning can increase your Vitamin D levels, boosts energy levels, and makes our bone stronger.
On the other hand, cloudy, gloomy, snowy, and rainy weather can give negative effects on our emotions. These weather make us feel a bit emotional and down because the weather is dark, depressing, or dim. So, the best thing to do in this kind of weather is to do interactive indoor activities with your family, friends like card games, doing arts, or reading your favorite books.
Whatever mood the weather gives us, make sure to be positive and happy before the day ends. This helps you to easily face the next day that God will be given to you with a peaceful mind. 😊
