Hello, Dear BCH Community! Today I decided to write about this game that I have been eyeing for a month now.
Just eyeing because I do not have a budget to buy an account. (LOL!)

A lot has been going gaga about this game because you can earn SLP or AXS Token (Smooth Love Potion) by simply playing! Yep, read it right!
What is SLP or AXS Token?
SLP is a cryptocurrency that can be converted to fiat by using the following wallets:
Metamask
Ronin
Binance
Three wallets?! Yes. You need these to convert your SLP to other tokens or fiat or if in case you want to trade it.
It is just that, having an account or breeding an Axie would cost you huge amount of money. It is roughly around 50K ($1000) to 250K ($5000) depending on the type of Axie that you want to buy. The most expensive the better! So if you can afford then go ahead and start grinding!
Of course, never forget to DYOR so you will not end up losing your funds.

Players can earn by:
Competing in PVP battles to win leaderboard prizes.
Breeding Axies and selling them on the marketplace.

Farming for the love potions that are needed to breed Axies. These can be sold on exchanges such as Uniswap and Binance.
Starting in 2021 players can earn a governance token, AXS, which represents a real slice of the game universe as it has governance rights and fee sharing built into it. Since players can earn this token by playing, a Ready Player one type quest emerges where players can actually earn part of the universe. However, these quests are not winner takes all and rewards each player based on their effort and skill.

IN GAME:
In order to earn you have to either:
Play in Adventure
You will have to just play with the AI and practice. By doing so you could get a minimum of 2SLP depending on the level of Adventure that you will choose. You can gain even without energy.
Play in Arena
In Arena, you can play with or without energy just that, if you play without energy you will not gain any SLP but you can work on your MMR.
But if you have an energy you will get 7 to 8 SLP per round.
ENERGY
Energy would refresh every 5-6 hours.
8AM MANILA TIME
It does not actually mean you have to work on those times or start playing because you can decide when to play and save your Energy. For just 2-3 hours you can earn around 150-200 SLP depending on how good you are in strategizing and playing your cards.

Let me tell you a little secret.
You can play and earn AXS or SLP without buying an Axie Infinity account by being a Scholar!
Well, it is nice if you can afford and continue to breed but if you cannot, then being a scholar is the option. You just gotta find and be hired by a Manager.
MANAGER
-This is the person who owns an Axie account that can breed. You would have to gain his trust in order for him to give you a Scholarship and you better be a gamer because that is what they are looking for. Though, being a newbie would be fine but DYOR as early as possible. If you know anyone playing axie better to ask questions, learn and experience playing so you would be more familiar and that you could learn strategies with any Team that can be possible assigned to you.
SCHOLARSHIP/SCHOLAR
-If you go to Twitter, Facebook and Discord you would see a lot of people sending Resumes. At first, I was also curious as to why these people are asking for scholarships as I was thinking this has something to do with Academe but the funny thing is NO.
If you cannot afford to buy an account just yet then being a Scholar is a stepping stone! Just make sure to grind and reach whatever goal your manager would set. The earnings would be 50/50 or to some 60/40 that totally depends on what you and your manager would agree.

RULES & REGULATIONS
Boxy Guild has more Filipino members but we have to speak English or Chat using the English Language under #general-eop. Before you could gain access to General EOP you have to invite at least 10 friends. Once in general EOP you just gotta be nice, be active and talk about things that have some sense!
And to emphasize the reason why we have to be on EOP or ENGLISH ONLY POLICY once you are able to enter #general-eop it is because our Managers are from different countries and English would be the only means of communication to understand them and for them to understand us since it is a Global Language.

Wow! It costs thousands of of dollars for a competitive account? I guess I have spent that kind of money on casual games before but that was money spent over years. I've seen "maybe you can make money by playing" type games before but none of them were any good. Maybe Axie is different.
