Oh my! I really want to eat fried plantain right now, but my stomach won’t let me have it because I just ate stir fried spaghetti with turkey. I forgot to take a picture. Oops I decided to stay in school today and I am currently staying in @Valour ‘s room. I will be going back home tomorrow. Anyways, I’d plug this here as my food trip today even though I took the photo 2 days ago. I am sending you some of these pieces of fried plantain virtually. Feel free to lick your screens.

I'm seeing here lots of people eat banana fry, I wanted to taste this recipe for the first time but I always forget to cook. 😪
Our version if fried banana 🍌 is usually referred to as goreng pisang. That is in Malay or Indonesian language. Ours are breaded as in dipped in flour before deep fried.
