The foreign policy of China is better.

..How come? since it is CREATIVE.

The Chinese enter a devastated nation that is only left with natural resources and strike a deal. The nation will be entirely BUILT by them, starting from scratch. Everything will be built, including infrastructure. They will manage it and do maintenance. They are going to improve the nation.

Of course, China profits from everything, but they also BUILD and MANAGE everything. Making money off of a nation's and a country's progress is natural and for this reason, China has such sway over a large number of "Third World" countries.

China maintains its global dominance and influence in this way by providing you with A SERVICE, they force you to rely on them.

YOUR LIFE IS BETTER BY THEM.

China is in control of America because they manufacture everything that Americans purchase.

The whole point of criticizing "evil" China is that they are always trying to produce goods and get you dependent on them. This is where I bring in my Africa because half of our nations seem to still have their economy running around them.

We love foreigners to come visit and contribute to the nations growth but not to be dependent on the foreigners.

China to my understanding has a more positive impact on Africa. It's not news that every African country has them managing one of her major projects. The system given to them though isn't always what the outcome becomes but still we continue to share boundaries with them. They really have something to offer and I acknowledge that.

Their dominance is something every African country should learn from them if possible rather than being dependent.
