Keep our Water Safe and Preserve it
Shout out everyone, hope you are having a good weekend. I feel good and stronger now after battling with malaria and typhoid. That is the most common sickness in Africa, especially my country. I was speaking with an aunt who called lately and she was asking me about my health. She was asking so many questions about the water I drink, this is because the majority here believes that malaria and typhoid are linked with the type of water you take. That's true with me anyway, there are so many mosquitoes here and water is a perfect breeding place for them. Sometimes they are seen inside pots of water breeding comfortably inside. Anybody could drink them in water without being careful.
Water really needs to be preserved and kept clean but unfortunately, industrial, household, and agricultural waste are currently being continuously and alarmingly added to ground water reservoirs by human activities. Ground water contamination is typically irreversible, meaning that it is challenging to return the aquifer's original water quality once it has been poisoned. The water quality is reduced by excessive groundwater mineralization, which results in an unpleasant taste, odor, and excessive hardness.
Ground water is not entirely immune from the threat of chronic pollution, despite the soil mantle through which water passes acting as an adsorbent by retaining a significant portion of colloidal and soluble ions with its cation exchange capacity.
Because the water undergoes natural filtration while percolating through the soil pores before being stored in the groundwater reservoir, the quality of groundwater is generally good and it can be used safely without any expensive treatment. Additionally, the groundwater is typically free of organic waste and suspended pollutants that might foster the growth of microorganisms that cause sickness.
Consequently, there is a lower chance of bacterial contamination of the groundwater. The amount of dissolved salts, minerals, gases, and other substances in the water can vary based on the geological formations the water is in touch with, and this can affect the water's flavor, odor, and other qualities like hardness. However, if groundwater becomes polluted, its quality could be significantly worsened.
Man is prone to destroy the aquatic environment in this pursuit, either via poor management or excessive exploitation. The aquatic ecosystem has been negatively impacted and is detectable as a result of human activity. The primary issue posing a major threat to the global marine ecosystem and fisheries appears to be oil contamination in the water. As of late, beaches, rivers, bays, harbors, and open oceans are all being severely polluted by oil. These harmful activities to the fishes need to be stopped. In fact, it is we humans that buy the same fish we poison to extinction making it so costly and unaffordable for mankind.
Conclusion
Water is a vital component of life. Therefore, it is imperative to create an appropriate technique to safeguard, at the very least, the quality of drinking water against both poisonous inorganic complexes and non-biodegradable wastes as well as biologically harmful contaminants and organic materials. In order to conserve and maintain the highest quality of surface water, the entire water system should be inspected as a whole first.
Due to modern-day population growth, industrialization, urbanization, rising living standards, and a wide range of human activities, water resources are increasingly being polluted. Some parts of the world with little water reservoirs should be careful with how they pollute the available ones. Just like some villages I know that have only one stream which is their major source of water supply especially during the dry season, they have this strict rule that nobody should put in the leg either by intention or mistake into the stream. That is their drinking water which can be used domestically for other things. That is just one of their ways of preserving what they have.
Thank you for your time once again

Always be careful with your health dear
Anyways, we really should be responsible for maintaining our waters clean as always. I just missed those time that I literally drink a tap water on our faucet, but now, we can't drink it if its not a mineral water.
