i have new orders for banana cake and coconut macaroons. and finally my cake wasn't burnt on top. i covered it with foil but took longer minutes to cook. instead of 45mins. it took 55 mins to cook totally. hope another batch of orders soon. heheheh

Your banana cake looks good and for sure it tastes delicious. How much is per order? That's a good sideline . An additional income that could help to increase family income. If I don't have an oven , can it be possible to cook banana cake ,by steaming? Because I only have a steamer. Only for household consumption, I would like to try.
