Today there is a christmas market in our town and i bought another christmas decor. Its a czech tradtional decor and it is a hand made. Material is made from very thin glass so need to be very extra careful when handling it. Unfortunately i forgot to take photos of the market because many are starting to packed up because its only from 8-4pm only and its already 3.30pm when i reached the place.

My advance christmas gift for my self. All from my visit to prague's expensive shopping center hahah. Honestly its my first time to buy a branded shoes. Normally i buy unbranded and cheap ones only.:). so this time i decided its time to give my self a chance to wear something more nicer. hehehe Chocolate is from Lindt chocolate shop at 8$ per bar. i am not bragging its just im so happy that finally i get a chance to wear a nike shoes hahahah.

Today we celebrate st. Nicholas' day (dec. 5). First photo is group of st. Nicholas. The angel and 2 demons who take naughty children. Hahha. But its just for the show. By the way. It was taken on my employer's house. to teach children not to be naughty or else demons will take them away. 2nd photo is my sweets from my family. I will engage later on to those who engages my previous post. Just so busy lately.

cooked caramel flan/ leche flan. ordered by my friends. i hope more orders to come for more extra budget hehe. for those who wants the recipe: step1. in a aluminum container/ stainless pan, (round pan, rectangular, any size will do). put 2-3 tablesppon sugar, add 1tablespoon water. put in a low fire/heat until sugar melted and turns to golden brown color. step 2. in a bowl beat 6 whole eggs, 1 can condensed milk, 1 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk. and 1 teaspoon vanilla. mix well. step 3. pour in containers with caramelized sugar. cover with aluminum foil, steam for 20-25 min. step 4. chill and serve. enjoy. hehehe

The christmas display on our town plaza. The giant christmas at the front of former town hall, the tree is more than 30yrs old now. The fountain that they covered to avoid dirt and snow from getting inside, decorated by hanging ceramic ornaments. And the bethlem made out of straw.😁

Trying fruit cake for the first time. Taste okay. But i cant taste the rhum though i follow every step of the recipe. maybe ill just add a liitle more next time for more afded taste.

Vienna ref magnet, gift from a friend who recently visited the city. My friend got culture shock from the prices of foods and other stuffs. Heheh. It was here 1st out of country trip after czech republic. I love vienna but super expensive hahha.

throw back photo! taken in 2019, My first christmas market in Vienna, Austria, at my back is the castle of empress marie thereza of Habsburg family. yesterday, christmas market in prague has started. for this year. advent will start early. it will start on Nov. 26. so many tourist will be visiting another places and countries for this long awaited (2yrs) christmas markets.

preparing for st. nicholas day. i have 3 socks, one for husband, my mother in law and brother in law. heheheh . i will fill it with chocolates and some sweet breads and others.

i have new orders for banana cake and coconut macaroons. and finally my cake wasn't burnt on top. i covered it with foil but took longer minutes to cook. instead of 45mins. it took 55 mins to cook totally. hope another batch of orders soon. heheheh

bought this new christmas tree decor for 3$ for two. i plan to buy 2 more. figurines are made of wood carvings. so, it's safe from breakage and possible to use for long time. just need to be careful to avoid scratching off the paints.

my collection of winter gloves. 3 i bought last year except, the one in right down. hehehe i dont want to use it as of now. i feel pity to use it because its a bit expensive for me hahhahaha. 2 of them cost 10$ each, right up cost 14$ hahaha. maybe i will useit if good snowing this year or in years to come. hahaa

doing my early shopping for christmas gift giving. normally i do it a month or 2 earlier so to save time and to avoid flocks of people. as of now many shops are on sales to clean shelves of old stocks and replace new items for the new year. as of now i bought 2 sets of pajama, cellphone holder for car, winter cap for my husband, fleece blanket and polo shirt for my brother in law, and sweatshirt for my mother in law. christmas socks for candies for st. nicholas day on dec. 5. so sorry if my post is inappropriate as my country and country men facing great danger now. i pray that we will surpassed this time and recover again. prayers for the safety of all.
