baked fruit cake for the 2nd time. as added sweets for christmas eve and day. for procedure who wants to try: set a. 1 cup glaized fruits, 1 cup raisins, 1 cup walnuts or pine nuts, almond nuts (or any nuts of your choice), 1/2 cup cherries (red and green) and 1/2 cup brandy or rum. soaked over night if possible. set b. 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tsp. nutmeg powder, 1 tsp. all spice powder, (nové koření for czech), 1/4 tsp cloves (hřebíček for czech), 1 tbsp. cinnamon powder, 1 tsp. salt. combined. set c. 1/2 cup oil (any oil, except olive oil and canola oil), 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 whole eggs, 2 tbsp molasses or honey, 1 cup pineapple juice or orange juice, 1 tsp vanilla. then add in fruit and nut mixture only in flour mixture, left over rum or brandy, add to the liquid mixture. mix all until flour coated all fruit and nuts mixtures. then add all liquid mixture. fold gently until well blended. (preheat oven). bake for 45mins -1 hr at 150C.

We eat a special cake with glazed fruit specially the January 6th (The Three Magic Kings, in English I think it's the Three Wise Men, coming... and it's another Christmas holiday)
