Meeting An Old Pal Friend a shared bond between the two people, some of the people who know them better than you, and those who always have your back, even when you aren't together. *But before anything else, I'd like to extend my gratitude to my sponsors for their support, and you can visit their accounts to read interesting pieces.* Let me introduce you to one of my childhood friends, her name is Kaila and I think this was the last photo that has been taken before we couldn't meet again because of our different schools and schedules.
The truth is that we are not really close during elementary days because she doesn't like me, she usually pushes me away because she prefers to go with her friends. As we sometimes got into fighting it's no longer surprising. Perhaps she doesn't want me since we got into a lot of arguments and I've also noticed this ever since I was a child that she doesn't want me to participate in games, school program auditions, or sports-related activities she really does make efforts not to let me know the audition day or where I needed to submit my form, but I guess this such situation is normal for a child. But, even though she doesn't like me, I'm adamantly stubborn HAHAHA, so even though she's a year ahead of me in elementary, I keep on insisting on tagging along with her even if she always pushes me away. It's enjoyable to reminisce about our elementary days at school, it was a lot of fun to reminisce about the times when we were always fighting over the small stuff. We began to become close when were both in junior high school, Since she's one year ahead of me, she's more of a person I can rely on when it comes to my school problems, and she frequently gives me advice then pushes me on doing something claiming that I always can. During our free time, she often visits me in my classroom just to catch up and chitchat for a bit, we usually eat outside just the two of us. It's like a best friend date. She's so talkative, no offense Kaila, I'm also talkative, but when she starts telling a story I tell you it's endless. We haven't seen each other since I moved schools because we have different schedules and schools. It was especially difficult for us to meet before I stepped foot on the college last year until the lockdown began. She's currently staying with her aunt in Manila, which is a long way from where we live. We couldn't talk like we used to because she was so busy assisting her aunt's business.
She returned home for a short vacation last week, and she often goes out with her friends, but she recently messaged me. She has a circle of friends with whom she hangs out and I'm glad she remembers me as she said she'd be back soon and that I wouldn't be able to spend time with her and talk to her again for a while, so we planned to meet earlier yesterday. We like to eat out, try new places or food stalls on a typical basis for us to bond, it's great that we live near a small restaurant, so we don't have to travel far. We decided to try out the place's new dish "*Chicken Inasal*" and, of course, the *unlimited-rice* that they were offering right now. She invites her younger sister to join us just, well the merrier the better.
We just keep talking while eating, just catching up on each other's lives. Of course, we didn't want the sister to feel uncomfortable with our topic, so we usually ask her about her plans on what course she'll be choosing for college and we also ask about her studies, she doesn't have much to say, but what she said about how difficult it is to take an online class is very relatable. We were in the resto-bar at seven o'clock, but we ended up eating at least nine more meals, which was one of the reasons we were not surprised to eat more. I didn't think it was worth the delicious food since Kaila only had four *unli-rice* while her brother and I had three. When you eat in a comfortable ambiance you wouldn't notice the amount of food that you have been eating too much than your regular portions. It will be a long time before Kaila returns home, but it's a good thing that she never forgets her friend, and I'm glad I was able to meet her before she leaves. That friendship means a lot to me. You were lucky.. still have good friends around you. Meanwhile, I share almost nothing with friends because I feel introverted. I hope in future, to be a more pleasant person than before. Another note is, I feel hungry when you upload food there. lol.
