I start with the Christmas ham, it should be "Rimmad" / tender up overnight in salt and suger mixed with water. Today's beer comes from Canada, from in my opinion the best brewery in Canada. Collective Arts with a sour beer, Smoothie Sour 5.6%. Fruity, very sour taste with hints of banana, raspberry, oatmeal, vanilla and lemon. Really fresh and inventive! #Beer
