Mozzarella, basil and pesto-filled chicken. "Butterfly" chicken fillets and baked them in the oven on a bed of cherry tomatoes. For this I serve rice and a creamy paprika sauce. Not entirely wrong on a Monday evening!😋 #Food

Of course, not entirely wrong for Monday dinner. Looking really great, special and fine dining. The chicken looks beautiful and appetizing. I mean everything looks delicious even your paprika rice.
