Good afternoon Noise! Today I will make a small experiment with oven-grilled chicken. Will make a spice butter with passion fruit. First I squeeze out the fruit juice, then I will boil the juice with honey to make it a little thicker. Then I mix in this with the butter, garlic and various spices. #Food
