Taco Friday! Coca-Cola marinated pork with mango salsa, pickled red onion and chipotle mayo. Did not feel the cola taste of the pork, however, it became incredibly tender! We who have children know that you always have to be one step ahead, so I also made ground beef. 😊Guacamole, vegetables, nacho chips, grated cheese. Yes, it turned out to be a real feast.
