This is a project I started almost three weeks ago. For fun, rice wine. Water, rice and yeast. An odor that is bordering on horrible, especially when the rice is fermenting. But now the liquid has started to separate and the clear liquid actually tastes like rice wine .. Probably needs to stand another week. #Wine
