Taco Asada. Flank steak, salsa, avocado, red onion, bacon & chorizo sprinkles and habanero pickled gooseberries. I think I have achieved my own number one dish. I am speechless, when the gooseberries pop in my mouth, sweet, sour and the heat from the habanero (it is intense but not long lasting). If I stood in the square and sold this in summer, it would have been a hit! Luxury to it with a wonderful IPA from Spain, expensive but actually worth the price. #Food
