Far up in Sweden is Åre, perhaps best known for its ski resorts. Very popular destination for us Swedes. This is where "Svartberg Fjällbryggeri / Brewery" started in 2017. Is a restaurant that initially brewed beer just to be able to serve guests at the restaurant. It went so well and they increased the capacity and now sell their beer also at Systembolaget (this is where we Swedes must go to buy beer and other alcoholic beverages, there is a monopoly on alcohol sales in Sweden). Tonight's beer is an IPA, Borderlines 6.5%. Very fruity taste with hints of mango, pineapple, orange, herbs, light bread and honey. #Beer
